Moringa Super Meal
As a meal: Add 80g (about ⅔ cup) of powder to a bowl. Add 200ml (1 small cup) hot or cold water or milk into the bowl while stirring.
As a shake/drink: Mix 1 part powder to 1 part water or milk. Add more water or milk for a thinner consistency.
Moringa Super Soup
Add 50g ( ⅓ cup)of the soup powder to 850ml cold water and bring to a boil while stirring continuously. Simmer for 6 minutes and serve.
